1 Introduction

Welcome to SkyDreamRelay, provided by the SkyDreamCity Team ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

2 Data Processing & Hosting

We host our services on Cloudflare's global network. Your data is processed in transit and at rest using Cloudflare's encrypted infrastructure.

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest via Cloudflare's infrastructure.
  • Sensitive data should not be shared with AI models if it requires strict confidentiality.

3 AI Data Usage

SkyDreamRelay utilizes Cloudflare's high-performance AI infrastructure. While processing your requests:

  • Inputs are processed through isolated inference engines to generate responses.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
  • Your private data is never used to train public foundational AI models.

4 Information We Collect

Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).

Workspace content: announcements you publish, reply threads, and any personalization data an admin uploads (e.g. names, emails, or custom values from a spreadsheet) to target specific people or groups.

Your own email provider's credentials: if a workspace admin connects their own SMTP server or email API key, we store it to send on the workspace's behalf. It is never used for any other workspace.

Push notification subscriptions: if you turn on notifications, your browser's push subscription (an endpoint and encryption keys, no message content) is stored so we can deliver alerts for new announcements and replies. You can revoke this anytime from the notification bell in the app.

5 Data Storage & Third-Party Processors

We use Cloudflare, Inc. as our infrastructure provider. Each workspace's data is stored in its own isolated storage partition (a Durable Object) — workspaces cannot read each other's data.

  • Storage: account records live in Cloudflare D1; workspace content lives in per-workspace Durable Objects; uploaded files and images are stored in Cloudflare R2.
  • AI drafting: your draft prompts are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a first draft. See Cloudflare's data usage policy.
  • Payments (if used): if a workspace buys additional AI credits, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

6 Data Security & Retention

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest via Cloudflare's infrastructure. Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text) and password-reset links are single-use and expire after one hour. We don't yet offer a self-service "delete my account" button — to request deletion of your account or your entire workspace's data, contact us at the address below and we'll process it manually.
