1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkyDreamRelay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2 Service Description

SkyDreamRelay is a multi-tenant announcement platform: workspaces publish announcements — plain or personalized per member/group — with fine-grained visibility (specific members/groups, everyone in the workspace, or public) and an AI-assisted drafting flow. The service is currently free to use while in public trial; some features are metered (a monthly limit on AI-assisted drafts) and paid plans may be introduced in the future, with advance notice to existing workspaces.

3. AI Accuracy Warning

Important: AI replies may make mistakes.

The outputs generated by our AI models are for reference only. Users must verify all critical information before taking action. The SkyDreamCity Team is not liable for any errors or damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

4 Free Trial & Plans

Every workspace starts on our free plan. AI-assisted drafting is limited to a monthly number of drafts per workspace on the free plan; other features may carry their own limits, which we'll show you in the product. You're responsible for your own email delivery if you connect your own email provider (SMTP or an email API) — we don't charge for that connection, but your provider might.

We may introduce paid plans, adjust free-plan limits, or reserve specific features for paid workspaces in the future. If we do, we'll give existing workspaces reasonable notice before any change takes effect that reduces what a currently-free workspace can do.

5 Infrastructure & Availability

All applications are deployed via Cloudflare's global network to ensure high availability and security. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SkyDreamCity Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of SkyDreamRelay.

7 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.
